Paul Doyle TQ’s and wins USVTA @ Minnesota State Onroad Championships

Paul was in a class of his own this past weekend at LSRCC. Securing the top spot for the mains going into the final day, he also threw down hot lap and was almost a lap ahead of 2nd places qualifying run. Paul was driving his Destiny chassis in front of a crowd, stepped up to the plate, and knocked it out of the park. Congrats Paul

In USGT, the Destiny team had Paul Doyle and Rick Pfeilsticker starting in 2nd and 3rd on the grid respectively. It was the Bill Sydor show and he was the lead man the whole race. Paul would have an early race mistake to let teammate Rick get in front and they would continue to battle til the final tone. Rick would never relinquish that spot ending up in 2nd and Paul would round out the podium with a very respectable 3rd place finish.

In 12th Gtp stock, Jess Isakson would be the lone man in the show, putting himself 6th on the grid. Rick Pfeilsticker would get the bump out of the B main, and would put it to good use. Isakson would pull off 7 laps in, while Rick was out there climbing his way up to 6th position.

Lone wolf in 13.5 12th scale was Rick Pfeilsticker. Making the most of his opportunities, battling his way up to finish 4th after starting the race as P7.

Congrats to all of the Destiny drivers in attendance and to LSRCC for hosting a great event!
